The tasty Italian sampling is sure to delight as you enjoy that glass of Chardonnay…

First we will savor this Buffalo Mozzarella Bruschetta with tomatoes, black olives, capers, and shaved truffles then drizzled with the house special Black Truffle Oil!

Salmon Carpaccio with tomatoes, basil, and capers marinated in lime, citrus, and spices will melt in your mouth as your next sampling. Moving on to our next sampling will be a Red Snapper Stuffed Ravioli served in a creamy lime and citrus sauce. Both dished pair so well as we continue to sip on that Chardonnay!

Finally we will finish with this delightful Pana Cotta served with Raspberry, Stawberry, and Passion Fruit Sauce.
